Growing on sandy-calcareous soils, grapes are destemmed.  Maceration for 13-14 months in stainless steel tanks, fermenting with native yeasts. Aged 6 to 7 months in barrels under a yeast cap. Aromas of sweet white fruit and nuts, oxidise, On the palate it is dry, rustic and full-bodied. TIP Perfect desert wine without being sweet.
