Carpellese, Rotondella and Carolea
@pietradeiventi is a farm based in Postiglione, in the National Park of Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni. Their olive trees enjoy a magnificent view, from the mountains to the sea, and you can even see Capri if the day is bright enough. Their extra virgin olive oil, a blend made with olives coming from carpellese, rotondella and carolea olive trees. Harvested in November, olives are then pressed within 5 hours of harvesting and produce a cold extracted oil that preserve its sensory properties, its polyphenols and it antioxidants that are all good for our body.
