The nose of this wine is a burst of exotic fruits and flowers, with notes of lychee, nectarine, strawberry and rosehip. A spicy trail of cinnamon and white pepper adds a touch of warmth and complexity. On the palate Symbiose is a well balanced wine that offers a wonderful interplay of fruity aromas and floral tones. You can taste the elderflower and roses that complement the juicy fruits, as well as a refreshing bright acidity that adds vibrancy. The wine has a crisp texture, with fine tannins giving it body and length. The finish is long and elegant, embraced by a flinty slightly smoky note delightfully reflecting the granite soil of Burchwegreben vineyard.
