Savignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc & Pinot Gris
Lemon, earthy and light mineral. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. The Sav B was left to soak and start ferment on berries for a week. This draws out the perfumed notes. It's pressed, fermented and aged in ceramic eggs. Pressings of Pinot Gris and Blanc are added before bottling. Perfect food wine.
