The fruits are processed in our ultra-modern continuous-cycle plants, resulting an oil with very low acidity and extraordinary organoleptic characteristics.

The Vallillo extra virgin oil is therefore a 100% Italian product, obtained exclusively from olives of their territory.

A balanced and medium fruity oil, complete and fragrant, fresh and lively without exceeding in spicy or bitter tones; during the tasting, aromas of tomato, rocket, radish and artichoke flavours stand out.
